Crafternoon: Postcards with Kids Art Congress

Doodle. Draw. Make a difference. Spend this week’s Crafternoon with Kids Art Congress, a family-friendly local project that includes kids in learning civic engagement through art. Create a postcard in parent/child teams to send to our representatives.

You’ll meet new friends in your community and talk about civics with kids in a fun and constructive way.

All ages welcome.

About Crafternoons

Every Tuesday afternoon come to Abbott Square for a free workshop with a new craft every week. At each Crafternoon you’ll learn a fun and valuable skill, make something special for yourself, friends or family, and meet creative crafters from across Santa Cruz County.

Abbott Square programming is always free to the entire community—find out what else is happening at abbottsquare.org.
